Welcome to Codex Mall (“Codex Mall”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Payout Rules govern how earnings from the sale of digital products are calculated, processed, and paid to sellers using the Codex Mall marketplace.

By selling products on Codex Mall, you agree to these Payout Rules.

1. Seller Earnings

When a customer successfully purchases your product, you become eligible to receive the net sale proceeds after applicable deductions.

For each completed sale, Codex Mall retains a 8% platform service fee. The remaining 92% of the sale amount constitutes your payout, subject to any applicable taxes, refunds, chargebacks, or other lawful deductions.

2. Payout Schedule

Eligible earnings are processed according to Codex Mall’s payout schedule. Payouts are made only after:

• The applicable refund or dispute period has expired, where applicable.
• Any pending fraud or security reviews have been completed.
• Your payout account has been successfully verified.

Codex Mall reserves the right to adjust payout schedules where necessary to protect the Platform, buyers, or sellers.

3. Minimum Payout Amount

A minimum payout threshold may apply before funds are released. If your available balance is below the applicable minimum threshold, it will remain in your seller account and be included in the next payout cycle once the threshold is met.

4. Supported Payout Methods

Payouts may be made through one or more of the following methods, depending on availability:

• Bank transfer
• Mobile money
• Digital wallets
• Other payment services supported by Codex Mall

Sellers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payout information.

5. Account Verification

Before receiving payouts, sellers may be required to complete identity and account verification, including:

• Identity verification
• Business verification (where applicable)
• Tax information
• Bank or payment account verification

Failure to complete required verification may delay or prevent payouts.

6. Refunds and Chargebacks

If a customer receives a refund or successfully disputes a transaction:

• The refunded amount may be deducted from your available balance.
• If your balance is insufficient, the amount may be deducted from future earnings.

Codex Mall reserves the right to delay payouts while refund or chargeback investigations are ongoing.

7. Taxes

Sellers are solely responsible for:

• Reporting their income.
• Paying all applicable taxes.
• Complying with tax laws in their jurisdiction.

Codex Mall may collect, withhold, or report taxes where required by applicable law.

8. Currency

Payouts may be issued in the currency supported by your selected payout method. Where currency conversion is required:

• Exchange rates may be determined by the payment provider.
• Additional conversion fees may apply and are the responsibility of the seller unless otherwise stated.

9. Payment Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that your payout information is accurate. Codex Mall is not responsible for delays or failed payments resulting from:

• Incorrect bank details.
• Incorrect payment account information.
• Closed or restricted accounts.
• Errors caused by third-party payment providers.

Any fees incurred due to incorrect payout information may be deducted from future payouts where permitted.

10. Fraud Prevention

Codex Mall reserves the right to place payouts on hold if we reasonably suspect:

• Fraudulent transactions.
• Unauthorized account activity.
• Money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Violations of our Terms of Service or Upload Rules.

Funds may remain on hold while an investigation is conducted.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

If your seller account is suspended or terminated, Codex Mall may:

• Delay pending payouts while outstanding issues are resolved.
• Offset any refunds, chargebacks, fees, or other amounts owed before releasing any remaining balance.
• Withhold funds where required by law or to comply with legal obligations.

12. Changes to Service Fees

Codex Mall may revise its platform service fee or payout policies from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through the Platform and will apply only to future transactions unless otherwise required by law.

13. Amendments

We may update these Payout Rules at any time. The revised version will be posted on the Platform with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of Codex Mall after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Payout Rules.
