Unless otherwise stated, products are licensed—not sold.

2. License Grant

9. Intellectual Property

10. Software Activation and Licensing

11. Developer Responsibilities

13. License Termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codex Mall, its affiliates, employees, Sellers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from the use or inability to use any product.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

16. Governing Law

These Licenses & Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Codex Mall is registered, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Licenses & Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
